St Annes High School
St. Annes High School started as a mixed school it was started with standards 1 to 3 majorly comprising parish children. The start for establishing a convent school at Bandra was made when Sisters Sr. Zita and Sr. Regina of Auxilium Convent were posted as teachers at the parish school situated at Pali Hill. The St. Annes High School was established on 13/06/1960 and officially started its formal session in classes for Std. With the later appearance of the lower and upper kindergartens, I, II, and III were contrastive. The learning institution was a day school but due to a situation that saw the institution experience a lot of intake of students, it had to transform from a day institution to one with multiple sessions. Right from the initial years St. Annes has continued to add rooms and subjects to its colony, the first batch of SSC students appeared for the SSC Board Examination in the year 1966 and passed with a cent percent record that same year.
