School for me must be a place where education is fun and not a stressful and a place where there is nothing to fear. School culture means that it does not have to be shameful if you do not know something, on the other hand, knowledge is to be shared with gentleness. The purpose is to help students accept education in the best Latin sense – with the open chest and thus the increased amount of knowledge and the improved character.
