MB High School was started in 1975 with humble beginnings, in the first year it could only afford to take 34 students with one division for each standard. Afterward, the school has expanded immensely, and currently, it has registered 1008 students with three divisions for each standard. MB High School has since grown and developed infrastructural and resource requirements depending on the learners it caters for. This is a learning institution whereby the main goal is to offer quality education and at the same time ensure that the students not only get the education but also transform to be better individuals.
