GEA or Gundecha Education Academy aims at a convergence of ideals such as learning as a process of building skills, competency-based education, and joyous education. It aims at making sure that these students acquire pleasure when they are learning as well as attaining enjoyment when they get to accomplish the set goals. Thus, unveiling the vision of 21st-century skills integration, GEA provides students with the tools to succeed in the future. Formerly known as Kandivali Education Academy, GEA is a 14-year-old institute in Kandivali, well-managed by Gundecha Charities, a Public Trust. Picking from here, the academy has grown further with two more branches in Oshiwara and Borivali, the academy has stood for this novel way of teaching. As a result of GEA establishing itself on the principle that children are unique little learning machines, the staffs ensure that environments in which the students are placed are relaxed settings in which they can learn as well as innovate. Incorporating fun and learning-related activities such as art, handmaking, and sports into learning increases the effectiveness of learning experiences and their impact in classrooms.
