When Mr. Manas realized there was no English Medium school in Triveni Nagar, he felt it was pertinent to open one and better the lives of the people. sensing the strength of this need after he conducted his reconnaissance of the area and talking to the people he met there, he was thus convinced that if there was anything that could not allow any child stay behind in terms of education, then it was to make education available in both English and Hindi. Thus, to be very precise, Brightland School was set up with the noble intention of providing its services to the society. Mr. Manas was later joined by his spouse, Mrs. Reena Manas who is the present Director Principal of the school. As a strict disciplinarian she is in charge of the academic section and monitors co-curricular activities and inculcate discipline the cultural aspects among the student. Primary phase of the described school should be stated with the limited number of students and staff members. With the increase in the number of students, the school was then shifted to a bigger building education children up to class VIII.
